I came to faith as an adult through the gift of relationship — one deeply rooted in Jesus — that my husband and his family fostered with me. They didn’t just talk about their faith; they lived it every single day. Over the years, relationship has been at the core of not only my coming to believe in Christ, but also my growth and dedication as His disciple.

I have also personally walked through the difficult seasons of grief and life-altering circumstances, and it was my faith — and the people God strategically placed around me — that carried me through. That personal journey is not separate from my work; it is my work. It is why I am so passionate about cultivating relationship and creating sacred space for others and their stories.

As I walk alongside those in the dark valleys of grief, trauma, and mental health, I bring the light of Christ — not as a formula, but as a living presence woven into every conversation. The Bible grounds us in who God is and how He moves in the good, the messy, and the life-altering seasons of life. Scripture is not an add-on to the work I do; it is the foundation beneath it. It speaks directly to human pain, human hope, and the God who meets us in both.

Whether we are sitting with lament, searching for peace, or slowly rebuilding after loss, the Word of God reminds us that we are never without hope — and never without Him.
