Hi, I’m Sharon, a Board-Certified Christian Professional Life and Human Flourishing Coach and Women’s Transformation Coach. I am passionate about helping women navigate life transitions, gain clarity, build confidence, and intentionally move toward the life they desire—personally, professionally, relationally, and spiritually.

My personal testimony is a significant part of why I coach. I have experienced the challenges of alcohol addiction, domestic abuse, workplace toxicity, and rebuilding my life after difficult seasons. Through God’s grace, healing, and transformation, I have learned that our past may be part of our story, but it does not have to determine our future.

Two Scriptures that have carried me through my own journey and continue to guide my work are Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me,” and Psalm 46:5, “God is within her, she will not fall; God will help her at break of day.” These verses remind me that our strength comes from Christ and that we are never alone in the challenges we face.

In my coaching sessions, I incorporate Biblical principles alongside practical coaching strategies. I encourage women to seek God’s wisdom, recognize their God-given strengths and gifts, clarify their goals, and take intentional steps toward the future God has for them. My approach is supportive, encouraging, and future-focused, helping women move from simply surviving to living with greater purpose, confidence, and hope.

I have also served in Celebrate Recovery, where I previously facilitated small groups and Step Studies. My husband and I are marriage ministry leaders with a focus on blended marriages and serve with FamilyLife’s Weekend to Remember team in Hartford, Connecticut.

I am a wife, mother, and grandmother who enjoys time with my grandchildren, crafting, writing, and the beach. I recently celebrated the publication of my first devotional.

It is my joy to encourage women to embrace their God-given potential and step confidently into their next chapter with faith, purpose, and hope.
