Soulutions LLC was birthed out of the frustration of watching generational aggression and violence transfer to families and helpless individuals who are victims of the ignorance of how such dynamics are manifested. I bring to classes my own lived experience with domestic violence and that of working successfully with marginalized populations.  Classes provide integration of a weekly bible focus, psychological principles and coping tools to address life challenges such as anger, anxiety, childhood mental scripts, relational aggression, communication, boundaries and other topics.
