My faith is at the heart of who I am and how I approach coaching. One of the Scriptures that has deeply shaped my own journey is Genesis 50:20: “You intended to harm me, but God intended it all for good…” I love this reminder that God can redeem even the difficult and painful parts of our stories and use them for a greater purpose. I’m also continually encouraged by 2 Corinthians 5:17 and the truth that, in Christ, we are made new. These truths influence the way I listen, encourage, and walk alongside others.

As a Christian life coach, I incorporate biblical truth and principles into our conversations while recognizing that coaching is different from counseling or therapy. My goal is to create a welcoming space where you can be honest about where you are, gain clarity, and prayerfully consider where God may be leading you. I believe our past does not have to define our future, and that with God’s guidance, there is always room for growth, hope, and a new perspective. My hope is that our time together leaves you encouraged, grounded in God’s truth, and better equipped to take your next step in faith.
