About
My name is Rebekah Blair, and I am the founder of Blairs Be Well. I am a Board Certified Mental Health Coach, Professional Life Coach, Biblical Counselor, Marriage Counselor, and Holistic Health Practitioner.
Life is a journey filled with both mountaintops and valleys, and through God’s grace and strength, I’ve experienced both. My passion is to walk alongside women as they seek hope, healing, and a deeper connection with Christ. With a degree in Christian Counseling from Liberty University, I also draw from the lessons God has taught me through 47 years of spiritual growth, 28 years of marriage, 20 years of military life, 18 years of living on the mission field, 10 years of homeschooling three kids, and one unforgettable battle with cancer. I know the power of God’s faithfulness, and I would be honored to support you on your journey toward healing and wholeness.
