Hello! I’m Rachel Jones, a faith-centered life coach who believes lasting transformation begins with reconciliation—with God, with ourselves, and with others.

For many years, I had the privilege of serving women as a hairstylist. During those appointments, I discovered that people often needed more than a new hairstyle—they needed a safe place to process life’s challenges, gain clarity, and find hope. Those conversations naturally grew into years of coaching and mentoring, and today they have become the foundation of my coaching practice.

Through my Reconciliation & Renewal Framework, I help women move beyond feeling stuck by identifying unhelpful patterns, renewing their thinking through biblical truth, and taking practical, life-giving steps toward the person God created them to be. My coaching combines compassionate listening, thoughtful questions, practical accountability, and, when desired, biblical principles, prayer, and Scripture.
