I believe many people are not lacking the desire to change—they are lacking clarity, support, and the right tools to move forward. I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, or unsure how to navigate what they are facing, and I help them identify what is at the root so they can move forward with clarity and direction.

I provide both pastoral counseling and faith-based life coaching, integrating trauma-informed care with Biblical truth. I do not separate emotional healing from spiritual growth. We address both. Together, we work through anxiety, past wounds, relational challenges, and internal patterns while renewing the mind through Scripture and applying practical, real-life strategies that create forward movement.

I work best with individuals who are ready for more than surface-level conversation—those who want clarity, structure, and real progress in their life and faith. Scriptures like Romans 12:2 and John 8:32 guide how I help clients renew their thinking and walk in truth that leads to freedom.

I also offer Rooted & Redeemed, a women’s mentorship community for those who desire continued growth in identity, healing, and spiritual authority.
