About

[Olivia Nagep], CMLC, CMMHC
Board Certified Master Christian Life Coach & Board Certified Master Mental Health Life Coach

Empowering young adults and women to break free from the weight of past challenges, discover their divine purpose, and build resilient, faith-filled futures. I believe this lasting transformation is unlocked through the truth of Romans 12:2: “Be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.” My mission is rooted in the conviction that true freedom comes when we align our thoughts with God’s word, allowing Him to renew and restore us from the inside out.

As a dually Certified Master Christian Coach (CMCC) and Certified Master Mental Health Coach (CMMHC)—with specialized training in Youth Mental Health Life Coaching—I bridge the gap between spiritual alignment and practical mental wellness. To further deepen my clinical foundation, I am currently completing an Associate of Science in Social and Human Services with a specialized subplan in Youth Development. This intensive interdisciplinary training provides me with advanced, evidence-based insights into human growth, behavioral patterns, and relational psychology, which I intentionally pair with my board certifications to offer deeply informed, age-appropriate support.

My practice is dedicated to two distinct groups: young adults (ages 16+) whose identities have been shaped or distorted by how they were raised or treated, and women ready to heal from the lingering impact of childhood wounds to reclaim the divine identity God created them to walk in. I provide a safe, shame-free space for young adults to talk about those childhood hurts, break free from cycles of guilt, and step into self-love, active living, and clear personal purpose.

My coaching style is deeply compassionate, goal-oriented, and anchored in the living truth of scripture. Wounds from how we were raised can subtly deform how we view our worth and our potential. Real restoration occurs when we stop trying to fix the outside and instead target the root—untangling deep mental strongholds and allowing God’s word to rewrite your inner dialogue from the inside out. I partner with young people to dismantle the past conditioning holding them back, helping them develop emotional regulation, set healthy boundaries, and actively map out a resilient, purposeful adulthood. Simultaneously, I help women untangle the wrong ways of thinking that have kept them stuck, guiding them to align their minds with Biblical truth and confidently step into their next chapters.

Scope of Practice & Clarity Statement
Please note: While my background is deeply rooted in mental health wellness and trauma-informed care, life coaching is strictly forward-focused. I am a supportive partner, strategist, and guide, not a licensed therapist or crisis counselor. My services focus on personal growth, mindset transformation, and spiritual development, and do not include clinical psychological treatment or psychiatric care
