About
The Foundation of Growing in Grace Coaching and Wellness
Christ-centered support for everyday growth
Growing in Grace Coaching and Wellness is a Christ-centered, recovery-informed coaching practice that supports adults as they bring their faith, intentions, and daily choices into closer alignment.
You may know the changes you want to make and still find it difficult to follow through. Perhaps you are rebuilding routines in recovery, navigating personal change, or learning how to care for yourself while honoring the responsibilities entrusted to you.
Growing in Grace offers a supportive place to clarify what matters, recognize what is getting in the way, and practice realistic next steps with encouragement and compassionate accountability.
Why Growing in Grace Exists
I believe that growth happens as we participate in the work God is already doing in our lives. Our choices and efforts matter, and we need His grace as we learn to live them out.
Growing in Grace exists to walk alongside people in that process. Here, there is room to be honest about your struggles, take responsibility for your next steps, and return after an interruption without treating it as the end of your progress.
Christ is the foundation of this practice. My work is grounded in the conviction that transformation belongs to God and that we are invited to respond through faithful, everyday participation.
Meet The Coach
I’m Nicole Beck, founder and coach of Growing in Grace Coaching and Wellness.
My own recovery and wellness journey, rooted in faith in Christ, helped shape my desire to walk alongside others. I understand that each person brings a distinct story, and I approach that story with respect for their dignity, experiences, and capacity to grow.
I bring lived experience, professional training, and a commitment to continued learning to my coaching work. I am also actively practicing the principles that guide Growing in Grace in my own life. Dependence on God, personal responsibility, and the willingness to begin again continue to shape how I live and serve.
As your coach, my role is to listen thoughtfully, help you clarify meaningful goals, and support you as you put those goals into practice. Our work remains centered on your needs, choices, and next faithful steps.
Education and Credentials
My preparation for this work includes professional coaching certifications and education in the social and behavioral sciences:
Certified Master Mental Health Coach (CMMHC)
Certified Addiction and Recovery Coach (CARC)
Associate of Arts in Social and Behavioral Sciences, Cochise College
I am also a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC).
My faith, lived experience, education, and continued professional development inform the care and responsibility I bring to coaching.
Who This Practice Is For
Growing in Grace is designed for adults who desire a Christ-centered approach to recovery and whole-person wellness and are ready to participate in practical, forward-focused coaching. Coaching is offered by phone and/or video conferencing.
You may be seeking support to:
Build routines that support your recovery and well-being.
Follow through on meaningful goals and responsibilities.
Practice healthy communication and personal boundaries.
Strengthen your connection with faith, community, and appropriate supports.
Bring greater consistency to daily life during a season of change.
Together, we consider your mind, body, and spirit while developing manageable practices that fit your circumstances.
Coaching with Professional Boundaries
Growing in Grace provides coaching, rather than therapy, clinical treatment, or pastoral counseling. Coaching supports daily practice and personal growth and may complement care you receive from qualified professionals.
I do not diagnose or treat mental health or medical conditions. When your needs fall outside my coaching role, I will encourage appropriate professional support.
