My Approach-Life can be difficult, and sometimes the challenges we face leave us feeling overwhelmed, discouraged, stuck or uncertain about what to do next.  At Freedom in Christ Counseling, I provide a safe, compassionate, Christ-centered environment where children, teens, and adults, couples, and families can find support, encouragement and hope.

I believe true healing be3gins when we understand our identity in Christ and learn to view ourselves through God’s truth rather than through our hurts, fears, failures or circumstances.  My approach integrates biblical principles, practical life coaching strategies, emotional support, and Christian counseling techniques to help clients navigate life’s challenges while strengthening their relationship with God.  Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, parenting concerns, behavioral challenges, low self-worth, or spiritual struggles, I desire to walk alongside you with compassion and understanding.  Together, we will explore practical tools, healthy coping skills and biblical truths that can help bring healing, growth, and renewed purpose.

As a Board Certified Mental Health Coach (AACC), Certified Youth Mental Health Coach (AACC), and holder of a Master Diploma in Biblical Counseling (AACC),  I am passionate about helping people discover the freedom, peace, and hope that are found in Christ.  My heart is to help individuals and families experience emotional healing, healthier relationships, stronger faith and lasting transformation through God’s grace.
