Monique Honer
BCCC (Board Certified Christian Counselor), Health and Wellness Coach, Mental Health Coach
About
The women I serve are often carrying invisible weight: the toxic relationship they can’t quite name, the childhood patterns still running their adult life, the boundary they can’t seem to hold, and the inner voice that won’t let them rest. They’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts, and prayed the prayers. They’re ready for the next layer — a structured path forward with a guide who will tell them the truth and walk it with them.
As a Board Certified Mental Health Coach through the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC), I help women break emotional patterns, gain relationship clarity, heal unhealthy attachments, rebuild confidence, and reconnect with their God-given identity. My own journey taught me that God doesn’t just heal symptoms — He restores us at the root. That truth is the foundation of my work today.
Anchored in scriptures like 2 Timothy 1:7, Psalm 139:23–24, and Proverbs 4:23, I blend practical mental wellness coaching with biblical truth to help women experience real transformation: clearer thinking, steadier emotions, healthier boundaries, stronger relationships, and renewed spiritual confidence.
All sessions are held virtually via secure video, so I serve women across the United States, Canada, and internationally — wherever you are, we can build the path forward together.
