This ministry was birthed from my own twenty-two years of experience in caregiving for my special needs child and the children with various levels of needs sent to me by Jesus through the Foster Care system. In these years, I developed a heart for mamas who are endlessly pouring out but never being poured back into. I’ve walked through deep levels of stress and burnout, and struggled with my own emotions. And the reminder God gave me, which I want to give you, is “You’re important too.”

Friend, God sees your heart for pouring into your family, but the reality is, as cliché as it may sound, you can’t keep pouring from an empty well. You need to remember that you are God’s child too, and He cares about you and the emotional burdens you are trying to hold on your own shoulders.

I work with women from a place of lived experience combined with extensive training. Emotional Wholeness Sessions are offered online to women at a low cost who no longer want to live burned out and want to step into the emotional freedom God has for them. You have permission to focus on your emotional wholeness so you can continue being the amazing wife and mother God created you to be.
