In 2013, after many years of living in brokenness, I rededicated my life to Jesus and was water baptized. Since that time, He has radically changed my life. I have spent the years since my transformation dedicated to ministry. I’ve served in women’s ministry, youth ministry, recovery ministry, foster care, fitness ministry, ministry coaching, and church staff. I’m an author and speaker, and believe with my whole heart in the healing power we can receive through Jesus.

Psalm 139 is my favorite scripture, and it impacts the way I coach because I believe that when we truly understand that we are His and have been sculpted by the Master Artist who doesn’t make mistakes, then we can step fully into our healing journeys and the calling He has for our lives.
