I am a Certified Professional Life Coach, currently studying as a Professional Mental Health Coach.  As a believer in Christ I integrate biblical scriptures where requested to client centered needs, holistic health and wellness strategies, in  life coaching practice.

I am a current member of  AACC and ICCA and have been for a few years 2017 to present

In addition, I have a variety of lived experiences,  a counselling background, Pastoral Counselling and ordained Minister experience.

My passion is to strengthen the brethren in and outside of the church and community.  To support encourage, guide and empower both male and female clients in their coaching needs. I I have added Professional Life Coaching to my certifications and offer professional life coaching to those of all faiths or no faith. My goal is as a thinking partner relationship providing and accountability to clients. My speciality is reaching those in the helping professions and reminding them of their strengths and past successes for those experiencing compassion fatigue or burnout.  Walking with clients  as they reset their healthy work life and self care balance using biblical and integrated coaching tools.
