I am unashamedly a Christ follower, a widow of a Vietnam Era Veteran, a mother, a grandmother, a friend, a traumatic brain injury survivor, an encourager, and a coach who targets confidentiality, support, and encouragement for my clients. I have coached/encouraged women for a non-profit for the last 30+ years. Because I am now a widow, I have started Freedom Sanctuary Coaching to provide for myself, help others deal with grief, loss, trauma, as well as continue my love of helping others find or rekindle their love for God and others.
