Hello! I’m Lyle.

I’m a retired US Air Force veteran, pastor, and coach. I specialize in helping people with Mental Health challenges that do not require a therapist. I am a Board Certified Master Mental Health Coach through the American Association of Christian Counselors, and I would be honored to be in service to you. I specifically help people dealing with anxiety and depression that are leading to loss of sleep, focus, relationship, and overall quality of life.

There are more people than ever before that are dealing with mental health crisis’ (on average 11 years before they see a specialist) and I’m positioned to help.
