Blessings! I’m Lydia Augustin.

I’m a coach, mother of three, Behavioral Health Supporter, entrepreneur and a former Special Education Para Educator who is passionate about helping others heal emotionally, strengthen their faith, and walk confidently in the purpose God has for their lives.

My testimony is one of God’s faithfulness through some of life’s hardest seasons. I’ve experienced divorce, grief, loss, financial hardship, and the challenges of raising children with special needs as a single parent. Through it all, God has shown me that He truly is close to the brokenhearted and able to bring beauty from ashes. He has reminds me that every season comes to an end, and that there will be joy in the morning.

My coaching approach is Holy Spirit-led and biblically grounded. In my coaching sessions, I combine practical tools with biblical truth to help those who desire to renew their minds, heal from past wounds, and grow in their relationship with Christ. My goal is to create a safe space where families can be honest about their struggles while discovering the hope, healing, and purpose found in God. No matter the obstacle, It is my heart felt desire for you to be free as Father promises, “If the son sets you free, you are truly free indeed.” John 8:36 (NLT).

I believe that no matter what you’ve been through, God can redeem your story and use it for His glory. Although my services are not gender specific, My passion is helping women recognize that they are not defined by their past or their circumstances, and to assist those who are traumatized from abuse.  One scripture that Jesus encouraged me with is John 5:8 (NLT). Jesus told the man who had been unable to walk for 38 years, “Stand up, pick up your mat, and walk!” It is my prayer that today is your John 5:8. Together with Christ we can take the first step for restoration.
