There are seasons in life that can leave us feeling unanchored—when everything shifts beneath our feet and we find ourselves carrying more than anyone can see. My personal and professional journey has been shaped by walking through difficult seasons of trauma, caregiving, and profound life transitions. In those moments, my faith became more than something I believed—it became the steady foundation that held me together and guided me forward.

I have witnessed, both personally and professionally, how God gently restores what has been wounded and brings beauty from places that once felt broken. Because of this, I approach every client with deep compassion, humility, and hope. I believe healing is possible, growth is sacred, and no one’s story is beyond redemption.

Several scriptures guide my work and my heart as a coach. Isaiah 61:3 reminds me that God brings “beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair.” This promise of restoration is woven into the way I walk with clients through healing and post-traumatic growth. Psalm 34:18, “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted,” is a gentle reminder that God’s presence is near in our most tender places. And Ecclesiastes 3 speaks to the changing seasons of life—reminding us that each season holds purpose and the possibility of renewal.

My coaching practice is rooted in creating a safe, compassionate space where individuals can heal, grow, and rediscover who they are. I specialize in supporting trauma survivors, caregivers, neurodivergent individuals, and those navigating significant life transitions. Together, we work to rebuild self-worth, strengthen boundaries, clarify direction, and move toward lives that feel intentional and aligned with their values.

For clients who desire it, I thoughtfully integrate Biblical encouragement, prayer, and faith-based reflection into sessions. This may include exploring identity through a Christ-centered lens, applying Biblical wisdom to decision-making and boundaries, or drawing on scripture for comfort and direction. I always honor each client’s comfort level and spiritual background, allowing them to guide how openly faith is incorporated into our work together.

I believe we are created not only to heal, but to thrive—to live with purpose, courage, and hope. My role is to walk alongside you as you move from surviving to living with intention, helping you recognize the strength God has already placed within you and the possibilities still ahead.

Wherever you find yourself today—healing from the past, seeking clarity for the future, or simply longing for steady support—you do not have to walk alone. It is a privilege to come alongside my clients with compassion, practical guidance, and faith-rooted encouragement as they move toward lives of renewed peace, purpose, and growth.
