My own struggles with crippling anxiety in my career as a professional violinist led me to faith in Jesus Christ and the transforming power of the Word of God. I am passionate as a coach about helping others who want to overcome anxiety or any habits that hinder, and run the race set before them. Scripture, prayer, and creating awareness are powerful tools in my coaching practice.
