Hello! I’d love to introduce myself – first and foremost I am 100% sold-out and all-in for Jesus Christ! Additionally, I am an Ordained Minister, Registered Nurse, Published Author. As a Board-Certified Master Mental Health Coach, I am dedicated to helping individuals find hope, healing, and freedom through a Christ-centered approach. I partnered with Christ and founded Seeds of Hope Mental Health & Life Coaching. Along with my husband, David and Lord Jesus, we co-founded Seeds of Faith Ministry.
I also hold board certifications as a Professional Life Coach, Sexual Addictions Recovery Coach, Trauma-Informed Coach, and Youth Mental Health Coach. I’m also trained in Hope-Focused Suicide Prevention. Through coaching, ministry, and education, my goal is to equip individuals to overcome life’s challenges, strengthen their faith, improve emotional well-being, and walk confidently in their God-given purpose.
My mission is to provide compassionate, biblically grounded support that nurtures mental, emotional, and spiritual growth all for the glory of God alone!
