SEE MY WEBSITE FOR HOLIDAY SPECIALS! My experience with life coaching began years ago and I didn’t even realize it. I have been a military spouse for over 17 years, and I have been involved in various ministries for years before that. My husband is an Army Chaplain, so I found myself – unknowingly – coaching others in various capacities: Bible studies, parenting, marriage. It was 2019 while working as a Case Manager for displaced mothers that I realized I had a passion for coaching – supporting someone as they needed or just wanted to move from where they were to where they wanted to go. Walking alongside women who did not have a home of their own, listening to their struggles and frustrations, and guiding them as they set new goals and worked to achieve them opened my eyes to the giftings God had given me.
I have my Master of Arts, Human Services, Counseling: Life Coach degree, from Liberty University. I have experience working as a Case Manager and two years as a Social Services Manager at an elementary school in Alaska, providing Social Emotional Learning (SEL) as well as coaching to students, families and staff. I am an AACC (American Association of Christian Counseling) Board Certified Master Mental Health Coach. This certification focused on the mental health of children, youth, and adults, along with a specialization in Marriage and Family Coaching.
