I’m a certified life and mental health coach. I truly believe in a holistic approach to wellness, which means I focus on the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of our lives to help you achieve overall well-being—also referred to as human flourishing. I’ve completed over 400 hours of training with the AACC, and I’m always learning more to better assist others on their journeys toward healing and wholeness.

My passion for helping others is driven by my own life experiences — the struggles and hard times I have faced, the personal growth and resilience I’ve gained, and, most importantly, the importance of learning to trust God through it all.

I firmly believe that God has called me to help those who are hurting or in need of encouraging support, as stated in 2 Corinthians 1:4.
