I am a certified Christian Life coach who is passionate about creating a safe space for people to process through life’s many challenges. When I was 14 years old, my life drastically changed overnight and in a span of 24 hours. I moved cities, my parents separated, and our family declared bankruptcy, all of this making newspaper headlines.  Having been raised in a strong Christian home, I knew what the Bible said, but that season is when my faith really became my own. Through sports, I experienced the extravagant love of Christ in a very personal way. I went on to meet my husband at Duke University where I was a heptathlete and played volleyball. It was in those years that the Lord used sports to teach me joy in the midst of adversity, as well as develop a grit that would help me raise four kids and push through the adversity of life. Though my parents helped instill in me a deep desire to follow Jesus, it wasn’t until I was in my 30s that I understood how much fun following Jesus is. It is the greatest joy in my life, and I want to help others experience the freedom and joy that Christ offers.

I am passionate about looking to Scripture as guidance for us today. As we navigate our challenges in life, I love to remind clients that the story He is writing for each one of us is far more beautiful, creative, and purposeful than one we could ever write for ourselves!
