About

Life Coach for Teen Boys and Men

I specialize in coaching teen boys, young adults, and men who are navigating pressure, transitions, performance struggles, and identity challenges. With a relatable, motivational, and caring approach, I help clients build confidence, find direction, and create forward momentum in their lives.

I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation, a Certified Advanced Christian Life Coach (CACLC) through AACC, a Certified Sports Psychology Coach (CSPC) through the Spencer Institute, and a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through NFPT. I am also currently pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University, with specialized training in mental health coaching and addiction recovery.

Over the past 26 years, I’ve worked in community and residential youth programs, college and youth ministry, fitness leadership, and life and sports performance coaching—giving me the ability to connect with men and young men from all walks of life, especially those struggling with self-esteem, stress, social challenges, and identity issues.

Coaching Approach

My coaching combines real-world experience, deep empathy, and a practical understanding of emotional and social development. I draw from principles of positive psychology, cognitive behavioral coaching, mindfulness strategies, and motivational interviewing,  grounded in a supportive and relational style.

“With a warm, approachable style and a coach’s heart, I help men and boys build momentum in life—combining faith, real talk, and practical tools to inspire lasting growth.”

Coaching is a space where we clarify your goals, challenge limiting beliefs, and build confidence from the inside out—mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. While Christian faith can be an integral part of the journey, it’s never required; I meet each client where they are.

Christian Coaching & Spiritual Growth

As a Certified Advanced Christian Life Coach, I can offer coaching that integrates biblical wisdom with real-world challenges. Whether you’re a teen navigating identity, a student searching for direction, or a man seeking renewal, we’ll align your mindset, goals, and values with God’s truth.

“True strength begins from the inside out—built on faith, integrity, and a life aligned with God’s purpose.”

A Little More About Me

I’ve been married to my amazing wife for 25 years, and we have two awesome sons—one studying Business and Finance at Georgia Tech, and the other studying Business at the University of North Georgia in Dahlonega.

Outside of coaching, I enjoy hiking, fishing, camping, golfing, and cheering on college football. I’m passionate about helping men and boys live with confidence, discipline, and integrity—so they can make a lasting impact wherever they are.

Whether you’re a teen navigating identity and social pressures, a student seeking direction, or a man ready to rediscover your strength and purpose, I’m here to help.
