I have studied psychoanalysis, cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology, and Christian counseling.  Christian counseling is the most effective treatment that I have found for psychological disorders in modern therapy.  It can be described as spiritual therapy, morals therapy, or just plain Biblical doctrine.  When our lives are modeled according to Biblical principles, we become led by the spirit, which is influenced by a Higher Power.  You can find an answer to all of your problems when you are being led down this path, especially by someone who knows where and how to look.  I have authored three books on counseling; “Suicidal Kings: The Road To Redemption” based on Christian counseling, “Prisoner To Profiteer: How To Become A Millionaire Within Ten Years” based on Financial Counseling, and “Anger Management: A Professional Guide for Group Therapy and Self-Help” (coauthored with Marc Noblitt, PhD).
