About
I know what it feels like to live through storms that seem like they will never end.
For over 50 years, my life was marked by abuse, trauma, and the kind of silent suffering that shapes how you see yourself, others, and even God. I spent decades believing I had to survive on my own strength – until God met me in the middle of my brokenness and whispered a truth that changed everything:
“You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.” Jeremiah 29:13
That verse became the turning point of my healing. It taught me that God is not found in perfection, performance, or pretending. He is found in the honest, trembling places where we finally stop running.
Through my Journey, I discovered something powerful:
Healing is not about “fixing yourself.” It’s about coming back to yourself – with God at the center.
Today, as a trauma-aware, faith-rooted mental health coach, I walk alongside women in the same process. I don’t offer quick fixes or surface-level advise. I offer a compassionate, grounded coaching partnership where you can safely explore your story, rebuild your voice, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
I work with women who are ready for something different – even if they don’t fully know what that looks like yet.
You might be someone who:
Feels like you’ve lost your sense of identity or voice in relationships
Struggles to set boundaries without guilt, fear, or second-guessing
Finds yourself repeating unhealthy patterns or choosing the wrong people
Constantly questions you thoughts, decisions, or perception of situations
Feels emotionally overwhelmed but doesn’t know where to start
Is strong for everyone else … but exhausted inside
Desire a deeper relationship with God but feels stuck, distant, or unsure how to get there
You may have done some healing work already – or this may be your first step.
Either way, you don’t need to have it all figured out to begin
