About

I believe the Serenity Prayer describes good mental health in that we need to have the courage to change what we have the capacity to change and recognize what we must accept.  Acceptance may require grace, forgiveness, and relying on God to helps us accept what we can’t change.  I help people to explore what they may need to accept and also to gain the courage to change what they can change.
