I have lived with mental health illness my entire life. I see my experiences as preparation to help others. God has prepared me, guidede and shown me the path.

I believe that incorporating Biblical teachings provide hope in times of despair, strength in moments of weakness, and a sense of purpose. “Mental Health in scripture is much more than the mind; it encompasses our heart, mind, and soul.”
