My personal testimony is rooted in resilience, faith, and God’s grace. I have walked through seasons that required healing, surrender, and trust, and those experiences have deepened my passion for helping others find hope, restoration, and emotional freedom.

Some of the scriptures that guide my work are Matthew 11:28–30, which reminds us that God invites the weary to rest in Him, and Psalm 34:18, which says, “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” These scriptures reflect the heart of my approach: compassionate, faith-centered, and grounded in healing.

In Coaching sessions, I incorporate biblical teachings by helping clients connect their emotional wellness with spiritual truth. This may include prayer, scripture reflection, faith-based encouragement, and helping clients recognize their identity, strength, and purpose through God’s Word. My goal is to create a safe space where clients feel heard, supported, and spiritually encouraged as they work through life’s challenges.
