About

Donna is the founder of Cups of Grace Ministries, LLC and has been a Board-Certified Mental Health Coach and a Board-Certified Christian Life Coach for over 2 years. She has been married to her husband, Robby, for nearly 41 years and they have two children (plus two bonus children), Jordan (Bobby) and Joe (Megan), along with seven grandchildren.  Donna is a member of The American Association of Christian Counselors and the International Christian Coaching Association. She has received a Certificate in Christian Ministry from Liberty University and has  been ordained through the National Association of Christian Ministers.

One of Donna’s main objectives is addressing mental health issues within the church. In doing so, Donna becomes a bridge that has been missing between the church and mental health professionals. Donna assists churches in dealing with the stigma that is often attached to individuals who are struggling with issues of depression, chronic illness, grief, spiritual struggles, etc. because many of these individuals do not reach out for help due to the fear of being labeled.

Breaking the stigma in church:

• Stop the suffering in silence & alone.
• Church is a place of grace, not a place of shame.
• Spiritual growth & mental illness are not incompatible.
• People need to know who they are in Christ. He loves us ALL & died for us ALL.
• We need to understand the differences between sin, spiritual struggles, personal weakness, and mental illness.
• We must help others to deal with sin; grow through their spiritual struggles; receive comfort and encouragement in their weaknesses and address mental illness & major relationship problems.

Donna is ready to listen when you are ready to talk.
