My mental health coaching niche is geared towards African-American, Caucasian, and minority women ages 35-65 who feel “stuck” that their mental health is holding them back from their God given destiny and would like coaching to help them achieve their goals.  In addition to mental health, I offer relationship and marriage coaching, diet/health, job/career, and Christian/spirituality coaching all from a Christian worldview.

I help ladies with coping skills, goal setting, processing trauma, and educational goals.  I am adept at understanding mental illness as I live with a mental illness myself and am in recovery and doing quite well.

I possess a master’s degree in education and business as well as a bachelor’s in theology and communication and am in the process of returning to school to receive a third master’s degree in mental health and wellness counseling with an emphasis in family dynamics.

I love the Lord and serve him faithfully in my local church and am in the process of applying for licensure in ministry.  I have authored four books and write newsletters and articles for various publications.  My favorite passage of scripture is Proverbs 3:  5-6, “Trust in the Lord with all thy heart and soul, lean not unto thy own understanding, in all thy ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct thy paths (NKJV).

I try to acknowledge the Lord in all my coaching sessions and in my life in general and put Him first in ever endeavor.  I look forward to sharing this joy with you ladies, as well.  Be blessed!
