Pastor David L. Sincere Jr. is a Board Certified Pastoral Counselor, Master Mental Health Coach, certified Christian life coach, community advocate, and founder of Sincere Consulting and Life Coaching. With more than 30 years of experience in pastoral leadership, counseling, mentoring, and community service, he is dedicated to helping individuals, couples, families, churches, and organizations navigate emotional, relational, spiritual, and life challenges with compassion, wisdom, and practical support.

Through Sincere Consulting and Life Coaching, Pastor Sincere provides faith-informed, trauma-aware coaching and consulting services focused on emotional wellness, relationship growth, grief and loss support, life transitions, mental health advocacy, leadership development, and holistic transformation. His approach integrates spiritual care, emotional insight, practical strategies, and compassionate support to help individuals move toward healing, stability, growth, and wholeness.

Pastor Sincere is also the founder of the Coalition for Hope, Healing & Wholeness, a community initiative committed to promoting emotional wellness, mental health awareness, compassionate support, and transformational care throughout the community.
