I am a Christian and men’s mental health coach who helps adult men navigate life transitions and grow in emotional and spiritual resilience. Drawing from graduate training at Concordia University Irvine’s Townsend Institute and experience as a clinical counselor, I integrate Biblical truth with practical, goal-oriented coaching to address men’s issues, work stress, divorce recovery, and behavioral/substance addictions. I offer a direct, insight-driven approach that combines honest conversation, clear next steps, and, when appropriate, Scripture-based reflection. Together, we’ll clarify calling, rebuild confidence, and develop sustainable habits.
