WHAT TO EXPECT
A structured, gentle, and effective process that is systematic yet Holy Spirit-led, focused on healing the broken heart, strengthening right thinking and living—so triggers quiet down and peace becomes easier to access.
In 1-on-1 coaching sessions, I help women regain stability and experience greater peace, joy, and confidence through a simple, learnable approach for soul wounds and fears. Sessions may include prayer ministry, forgiveness tools, laughter-based stress relief, identity truth in Christ clarity, Christian emotional freedom tapping (EFT), nervous-system regulation tools, and bilateral stimulation (BLS) as self-regulation skills.
