About
There are moments in life where something requires a decision—and what you do matters.
I work with men and women who are in the middle of those moments. Times when the direction isn’t clear, but something needs your attention and what comes next carries weight.
My role is not to tell you what to do. It’s to create space for you to think clearly, discern what is true, and respond with confidence and conviction, with your faith as an important part of the process.
Through professional Christian coaching, I work with individuals locally and across the country through virtual sessions. My work includes:
- Marriage, separation, divorce, remarriage, and blended-family transitions
- Work, business, and leadership decisions
- Major life decisions and transitions
- Values, faith, and alignment
- Personal growth and stepping into something new
Whatever brings you to coaching, we focus on what matters—your values, your beliefs, what is true about where you are, and the decisions in front of you. This is a place to slow down, get clear, and move forward with intention.
I bring more than a decade of coaching experience and extensive professional training to my work. I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), with additional credentials and specialized training in Christian life coaching, divorce and family transition, brain health, and Biblical counseling. My background also includes extensive continuing education in psychology, relationships, communication, and the ways people think, process, and grow.
That experience informs my work, but coaching is ultimately about you—where you are, what matters, what you believe, and how you want to move forward.
These are defining moments.
And they’re not meant to be navigated by separating faith from real life, but by bringing faith into the decisions themselves.
If you’re in a moment where a decision matters and you’re seeking faith-centered support, I invite you to connect with me.
