With four decades of experience in corporate, public service, and non-profit management, Chris has led teams and individuals to achieve.  As a director of corporate communications and development, he has carefully supervised the growth and success of individuals and teams to high levels of success.  Previously certified by the American Management Association to lead supervisory skills, conflict management, time management, Chris has also practiced Gestalt methods for improved team efforts and productivity improvement.  Chris was co-chair of the North Carolina Organizational Development Association, a national board member of the American Society of Training and Development (now ATD).

Chris has been recognized by the governor of North Carolina for service on the Adult Education Commission and has served as an advisor to the Ohio Secretary of Health as well as president of the Ohio Association of Healthcare Philanthropy.  He has been designated as a Certified Fund Raising Executive recognized by AFP and CFRE International since 1992.
