The Bible is the ultimate authority on life; psychology and sociology help to diagnose the issues and provide temporary answers, but lasting results for life’s dysfunctions and challenges lay in God’s meeting us where we are, now. A vibrant relationship with God lifts us above the circumstances that would otherwise stunt our growth, performance, and understanding. There is power in prayer that many of us don’t realize, as well as healing.

Because I have been a Christ-follower for over 50 years, I bring an array of experiences to the table. Bullying as a child, and having survived abuse in marriage helps me to relate to the traumatized. I have extensive training in narcissistic abuse, both to understand abuse, and to help victims. Social anxiety, depression, and related issues have also been part of my walk with the Lord, so my background conditions and prepares me to help those so affected. Sadly, divorce is part of my experience also, so I am well aware of struggles that accompany the break-up of a family, and how to navigate those waters with the least amount of complications.

I am a grandmother of 15 and great-grandmother of 3. I’ve suffered the throes of being scapegoated, and parental-alienation. Painfully aware of the long-term impact of both, my coaching practice includes walking alongside of those who suffer this way. Together we will find the answer(s) for your situations.

I take an eclectic approach, listening, validating, affirming and supporting my clients. I am currently a senior completing my Degree in Psychology, am trauma-informed, and am certified by the AACC as a mental health first-responder. I also am trained and certified to lead groups of women with a National Christian Organization for supporting women suffering from Intimate Partner Violence and DV.
