About
My faith is foundational to who I am, how I understand purpose, and how I serve others. My own journey has taught me that faith does not exempt us from grief, pressure, disappointment, uncertainty, or difficult seasons. Instead, I have learned that some of our deepest growth happens when we allow God to meet us in those places rather than feeling as though we have to hide, minimize, or simply “pray away” what we are experiencing.
One of the scriptures that deeply influences my approach is Romans 5:3–5, which reminds us that suffering can produce perseverance, character, and ultimately hope. I am also guided by Proverbs 3:5–6, particularly the call to trust God even when we cannot fully understand the path in front of us, and Philippians 4:13, which reminds me that our strength is ultimately found in Christ.
As a Certified Mental Health Coach, I believe faith and emotional wellness can work together. I create space for clients to be honest about what they are experiencing without judgment or pressure to pretend everything is okay. When a client desires a faith-integrated approach, Biblical principles may become part of our conversations around identity, purpose, relationships, forgiveness, boundaries, grief, resilience, stewardship, accountability, and personal growth.
I also believe Biblical coaching should remain person-centered. I do not use Scripture to dismiss pain or provide simplistic answers to complex experiences. Instead, I help clients explore what they are experiencing, identify practical steps toward growth, and consider how their faith can become a source of wisdom, strength, hope, and direction.
Ultimately, my goal is to help people become healthier and more whole—mentally, emotionally, relationally, and spiritually—while creating an environment where they can bring both their faith and their humanity into the room.
