My work is deeply rooted in my personal faith in Jesus Christ and shaped by a lifelong journey of both professional service and personal refinement through life’s challenges. Over the years, I have come to understand that true healing and growth often occur at the intersection of truth, grace, and perseverance. My own experiences—both in healthcare as a physical therapist and in navigating unexpected health and life trials—have strengthened my reliance on God’s wisdom, timing, and provision.

Scripture is foundational to how I support others. Verses such as Proverbs 3:5–6 (“Trust in the Lord with all your heart…”) and Romans 12:2 (“Be transformed by the renewing of your mind…”) guide my perspective on growth, decision-making, and renewal. I also draw from Galatians 6:9 as a reminder to remain steadfast in doing good, even when progress feels slow.

In my coaching, I thoughtfully integrate Biblical principles with practical, evidence-informed strategies. This may include helping clients align their thoughts with truth, develop healthier patterns, strengthen resilience, and seek God’s direction in the midst of life’s challenges. I respect each individual’s unique walk with God and meet clients where they are—whether they are firmly rooted in their faith or simply seeking hope and clarity.

While my services are not licensed counseling or therapy, I provide support that complements professional care. My role is to walk alongside individuals with compassion, honesty, and encouragement—helping them move forward with greater clarity, stability, and purpose.
