My name is Becky Rogers and I live in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  I retired from corporate America five years ago.  Currently, I teach courses part-time online in Employment Law, Leadership, Human Resources and Employee Selection & Placement.

I have spent the past 30 years working in Senior Human Resources leadership roles.  I retired from Coca-Cola Bottling Company five years ago after leading the organization’s Learning & Organizational Development Department.  Prior to my corporate role in L&D, I was the Director of HR for the Gulf Coast Region.  In 2020, I started an HR consulting business, “HR Integrity Leadership.” Leadership training and executive coaching became my niche.

As a Christian, the field of Human Resources has provided me so many opportunities to share Jesus. People come into HR for many reasons.  Some, to find out about the health insurance coverage because they received a terminal diagnosis; some to change their beneficiary due to a divorce; others to file a death benefit for the loss of a family member. Even those employees who come to HR because of performance issues are often masking the root cause of drug addiction; trying to numb their pain.

I wanted to learn more about mental illness because of my daughter’s journey with Anorexia.  Since  receiving my license as a Mental Health Coach, I have started another company called “Serving Hope.” I partner with a local clinic when medical referrals are needed.
