Abundant Life Coaching provides virtual and in person professional Life Coaching services for women specifically struggling with emotional and mental health. ALC guides women who feel exhausted and frustrated with the emotional struggles and mental health challenges through a Christ-centered process of transformation, rooted in God’s Word. The approach utilized addresses the root causes of emotional struggles and negative thought patterns by focusing on the heart and mind rather than behaviors. ALC partners with women in:
