Ashlee Hanselman is the Executive Owner of Blessed Living Wellness Coaching, a practice dedicated to guiding individuals toward whole-person wellness—mind, body, and spirit. As an NASM Certified Wellness Coach (CWC) and an AACC Certified Youth Mental Health Coach (YMHC), Ashlee provides personalized, evidence-based, and sustainable coaching that is also rooted in her faith.

Her passion for service was instilled while growing up as a missionary child in Quebec, Canada, fueling her mission to bridge the gap between knowing biblical truth and achieving an abundant, healthy life, as reflected in her company verse: “Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth. – 3 John 1:2”.
