As a mother, survivor, and woman of faith, I understand the unique weight that women carry. I have walked through the darkest valleys of trauma and depression and emerged stronger. My journey taught me that while we cannot always control what happens to us, we can control how we rebuild.

With over five decades of life experience, including raising seven incredible children, I have learned valuable lessons about resilience, perseverance, and the importance of community. My struggles have equipped me with deep empathy and a desire to help other women navigate their own path, using the Word of God as the main source of strength and hope, and the power of the Holy Spirit in us. “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me”-Philippians 4:13
