At True Vine Christian Coaching, it is a Christ centered approach  specializing in helping people move forward in life challenges. As a certified Christian life coach professional, I work with clients in a way that utilizes biblical foundations, strategies, and goals to help both the body and spirit. We will all experience grief, loss, stress, burnout, unhealthy emotions, and feeling stuck in our lives while living in this world.  Christian coaching helps when we hit a roadblock and were struggling to move past it. The techniques, skills, and biblical principles can help ensure a firm foundation is being built to regain your footing out of the quick sand of grief and sorrow.
