About
The Christopher Counseling Group is a counseling ministry of Christopher Ministries, Inc. We have offices in Rockledge, Florida and Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. Our organization was established in 2000 with the desire is to offer hope to the hopeless and hurting people in our community. We consider ourselves people helpers. We are people helping people. We have licensed counselors and we train post-graduate counselors to provide counseling services.
Our founder and president, Traci Jungkurth, began this ministry out of a desire to help others just as she had been helped after the loss of her husband Joseph and their son Christopher. They were killed by an impaired driver in 1996. The counsel and encouragement she received by trained mental health providers with experience in trauma and the pastoral counseling she received that encouraged her faith in God were what made a difference in her life. Her desire was to pass that on to others experiencing trauma, losses, and questions about their faith.
