God is faithful and good.  I have been in private practice since 1996.  Touch of Healing Counseling began as a part time position for me at Griffin First Assembly.  Over the years, the Center added interns, in which I supervised and the Center grew in number.   In 2021, we began our own journey as our own LLC and moved to our current location with our own building.    I see children, teens and adults for a variety of issues, such as depression, anxiety, stress, grief, behavioral, premarital, marital.  I am also a certified play therapist.   In addition, as a Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor, I offer supervision to those who are interns or Master’s level clinicians working towards licensure.

As in Isaiah 9:6 ” For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, The Mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.”   He gives wisdom and direction.  He is who we base all of our understanding and direction in leading to help those He chooses to send our way.    There is no person too broken to be healed.   Matthew 19:6 says ” With God everything is possible.”

We accept most major insurances, and also have a self pay option.  We try to not turn anyone away and will work with each person on an individual basis.    We offer in person sessions at our Center, and tele-sessions to anyone in Georgia.
