I offer a collaborative coaching style that incorporates healing steps which can lead to progressive healing. I work with a theoretical approach of evidenced based practices with a fusion of biblical principles.  You were made for so such much more and what happened to you is not the end of your story.

As a trauma survivor experiencing post traumatic growth, I am learning to walk in joy and freedom and have a deeper empathy and understanding with my clients.
