With over 20 years of clinical experience, I am a certified narcissistic treatment clinician helping you to recover from narcissistic and emotionally manipulative relationships, whether with a partner, ex-spouse, parent, or other significant person. These dynamics often leave lasting effects: chronic self-doubt, people-pleasing, anxiety and feeling stuck.
My approach is trauma-informed, warm, and collaborative. Many individuals who have experienced narcissistic abuse are used to being minimized or second-guessed. In our work together, your experiences are believed and respected. You will learn to set boundaries without guilt, Re-connect identity/intuition and rebuild trust and confidence.
