James Grider graduated from the Texas University of Theology with a Master’s in Chaplain ministry and has been ordained in the gospel ministry. James started his counseling journey at the University of North Texas where he graduated with honors with his Bachelors of science in addiction counseling and social science; he also recieved an academic certificate in Substance use disorder treatment. He then attendend both West Texas A&M and Liberty University for Mental health counseling courses, before changing to a Human Services Counseling degree specializing in addictions and recovery masters dedgree. In addition James has attended Light University for numerous Coaching, trauma, and specialization certifications. James recieved his certification as a Certified Biblical Counselor through the Association of Biblical Counselors and is a member in good standing with the American Association of Christian Counselors, and the International Board of Christian Care as well He believes that all counseling is done by the grace, mercy and for the glory of God.
