LifeTree Counseling Center of Arizona, LLC is an IOP-focused treatment center who works with individuals in a group format. Our target groups include individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, OCD, scrupulosity, and general mental health issues. We are especially equipped to work with ministry workers, first responders, and the family members of these individuals. We utilize Intensive Outpatient Programming with individual counseling, pyschoeducation, interactive activities, psychodrama, ERP, EMDR, and spiritual integration. An Intensive Outpatient Program is comprised of three hours of group therapy, three days a week. We currently have two IOP tracks available: one morning group and one evening group.
What makes our facility so unique is that our staff are all Christians while our clientele is comprised of both Christian and non-Christians. We are equipped and skilled in utilizing only therapies and approaches which do not contradict our Biblical values. We generally mimic the book of Ruth by representing and presenting God without mentioning God’s name until we have the appropriate opportunity.
Our clinical director is Samuel Lample, LPC. He grew up in the ministry and earned his counseling degree from Regent College. He is nationally known as an expert in using the principles of ACT to treat eating disorders and obsessive compulsive disorder from a trauma-informed perspective. He has spoken in conferences across the country and been working in the field for more than 25 years. Equally important, he is known as a compassionate, empathetic, wise, godly man. He is more focused on patients’ well-being and personal healing than satisfying timelines or schedules. This attitude of love, compassion, and dedication is what characterizes the function and purpose of LifeTree Counseling Center of Arizona, LLC. where we embody our motto, “Welcome to Hope.”
