I am a Christian life coach with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a concentration in Christian Counseling, as well as certification in Pastoral Counseling. For more than 13 years, I have served in various ministry roles, including women’s leader, youth mentor, and counselor, walking with individuals and families through seasons of transition, healing, and growth.
At Firm Foundation Christian Services, LLC, my mission is to help people rebuild their lives on the unshakable foundation of Christ. I specialize in faith-based coaching that blends biblical wisdom with practical strategies for emotional resilience, spiritual renewal, and rediscovering purpose.
One of the Scriptures that guides my work is 1 Corinthians 3:11: “For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ.”
Please note: All sessions are offered virtually (online). This allows me to serve individuals no matter where they are located across the United States.
