My heart for counseling grew from my own walk through dark valleys of pain and loss, where I discovered the healing touch of God’s grace firsthand. I’ve felt the weight of trauma crushing down, experienced those moments when wholeness seems like an impossible dream. But I’ve also watched in awe as Christ’s light broke through my darkest hours—restoring pieces of me I thought were shattered beyond hope. This personal journey isn’t just my story—it’s the foundation of how I connect with you.

The words of John 1:5 have become my anchor: “The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.” Along with Matthew 5:14—”You are the light of the world”—and 2 Corinthians 4:6–7—”we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God”—these verses remind me that even in our most broken moments, God’s light still finds a way in. It’s through our cracks and imperfections that His glory shines brightest.

During my work with clients, I bring both my faith and my professional training into our conversations, helping you navigate trauma, addiction, identity questions, or relationship wounds. If you’re comfortable, we can pray together, explore Scripture, or talk about how God is working in your unique story. I’ll also share practical, evidence-based tools that have helped others (and me) find emotional balance, resilience, and lasting change.

If you’re feeling stuck, drowning in shame, or just searching for a flicker of hope—I want you to know you’re not alone on this path. I’ve been there too. My office is a grace-filled space where your faith and healing journey can unfold together. You don’t need to have it all figured out—just a willingness to take that first step. I’d be truly honored to walk alongside you toward the light of restoration and new beginnings.
